Felicity Tri-fold

I used papers from homemade magazine on this card and two pollycraft digi's, of the ultra cute Felicity coloured in promarkers - ruby, poppy, duck egg, china blue, dusky rose, sandstone, caramel, buttercup, mustard, and blush. The stamped sentiment is from flonz.

I used my x-cut lace trim punch to do the edging in red, my x-cut flower dies to make the flowers and added gems - including one to the flower in her hair. I also added the verse, found online, which is unusual for me, since that's usually something I'd only add when sending the card - however, due to the shape, I decided it was easier to add it now.

Christmas Bear

You know the problem with making holiday cards in June, is that I can't play holiday music. I find it much easier to make yule/x-mas cards when I've got seasonal music playing in the background. Alas, I have a rule about no x-mas music after January 1st and before November 1st (except when it relates to watching the movie White Christmas - which I adore and can not be expected to only watch 2 months in the year! lol!)

Anyway, rambling over I made this card using papers from echo park, layered on red card from the paper company and used a pollycraft digi as my main image.

The image is coloured with promarkers - poppy, ruby, forest green, pear green, lime green, sandstone, caramel, slate, marine and duck egg.

I added the bobble-y ribbon-y stuff, (*shrugs* not sure what to call it, really, lol!) the sentiment (I think its papermania, but I'm not sure) and finished with a few gems.

I'm submitting this for:

The main panel was made by cutting a square with my biggest square nestie, splitting it up into the sections and inking each with light blue in, then adding the butterflies and sentiment to each section and drawing in the lines by hand.

I added the ribbon/bow and button along the bottom and some pearls to the butterflies.

Added the sentiment from craftwork cards twice, the second time without re-inking an slightly off-center to give it a shadow, then added a few pearls before placing on dimensional's.
