Not quite a traditional baby card - but then I sort of loath the whole 'pink for a girl/blue for a boy' thing anyway, lol! - I used papers from We R Memory Keepers Travel Light and Woodland Folk. The stamp is from Pollycraft, coloured with promarkers - bright orange, amber, honeycomb, spice and blush.
I cut and I separated the star shaped balloon from the rest of the image and raised it on dimensional pads, brushing over it lightly with a papermania orange ink pad. The stars were some pre-cuts a friend sent me, the sentiment from Stampin' Up and I finished with a few gems.
