Party 'til the cows come home!
It feels like ages since I've posted anything to this blog, that isn't for a DT, but with being in rather a lot of pain (stupid gallbladder!) I've been crafting less and a few cards I've made lately couldn't go up for one reason or another!
This one is safe though, as it's recipient is unlikely to find her way here! This is for my next door neighbours granddaughter, who turns 13 in a couple of weeks. She likes cows - not entirely sure why, lol! - but since I already used her other love (horses) on the card I made from her grandmother, I decided to go with a cow on my own for her.
It's basically made entirely of scraps, with the papers coming from the last of my jillibean soup 'Homemade 6 Bean Soup' pack. The image is from Crissy's Digi's for Whimsy Stamps and I coloured it with my promarkers. The sentiment is computer generated, except the '13' which was cut on my silhouette. I added a banner also cut with my silhouette and a few gems to finish it off.
I'm submitting this for:
- Papertake Weekly - 2 or 4 Legs
- Party Time Tuesdays #189 - Anything Goes
- Top Tip Tuesday - 3 or More Papers
- Crafting for All Seasons #90 - Birthdays
- Fab 'n' Funky Challenge #237 - Happy Birthday!

Delightful Challenges! Happy Holidays
I swear one of these days I will remember to schedule this post properly!
The Challenge at Delightful Challenges this week is Happy Holidays, a project for ANY holiday! And we're sponsered by The Cutting Cafe!
I got to play with the brilliant, Candy Cane Jingles! And a sentiment from the A Touch of Christmas, Sentiment Set!

Occasionally, I make a card I'm just really pleased with and this is one such card. I love Candy Cane Jingles, he's really adorable and super simple to colour with my promarkers and finished him with a little glitter glue on the band of his hat. The papers are Krafty Christmas from Dovecraft and I used some kraft card from my stash as well. The 'picture frame' was cut with my silhouette and I layered the sentiment under it on white card. And of course I had to add a couple of gems (it's the law! lol)
Don't forget to go over to the Digital Delights Challenge Blog and check out what the rest of the Design Team has done this week and enter your own card!

Digital Delights Challenges, Patterns!
The Challenge at Delightful Challenges this week is Patterns, (Use patterned paper)! And we're sponsered by Dies 'R Us!
I got to play with the brilliant, Up to no good, reindeer! And a sentiment from the Magical Winter Sentiments set!

I just love this image, he's a proper cheeky little chappy! I coloured him with my promarkers and decided on some papers from dovecraft, layered on red card for my 'patterns'. The star was cut on my silhouette and I finished up with a few little gems (shocking, right?)

Digital Delights Challenge! Swirls and Curls!
Oh dear, late posting again. Ended up at the GP this morning, stupid gallbladder pain and didn't get to post!
The Challenge at Delightful Challenges this week is Swirls and Curls, (Use something swirly or curly)! And we're sponsered by Yours or Mine!
I got to play with the brilliant, Bride and Groom! And a sentiment from the Wedding and Anniversary Sentiment Set!

I got some awesome Christmas papers recently from First Edition - the Gilded Winter papers and I 'snuck' them onto this card, even though it's a wedding card, because I decided it would look good! The image is coloured with fairly pale colours and I cut a swirl with my silhouette and used some paper flowers.

Delightful Challenges, 3's NOT a Crowd
So late posting this today, but I've had horrible computer troubles and had to resort to wiping my HD. I've managed to install the 3 program I use most often, but 98% of my files are still on my External HD and ugg, working like this is impossible but I don't have time for anything else tonight. Also, I'd like to take a brief moment to thank my fellow DT members for their patience - there hasn't been a card from me for a couple of weeks due to some health issues, so glad to be back!
The Challenge at Delightful Challenges this week is 3's NOT a Crowd, (use 3 embellishments--brads, flowers, pearls, gems)! And we're sponsered by our own Digital Delights!
I got to play with the brilliant, Chimney Santa Set!

I used Dovecraft papers layered on stampin up card, coloured the image with my promarkers and added some twine. My three embellishments are of course gems, because as we should all know by now, I love adding gems to eveything! I couldn't decide between 'upside down' santa and 'right way up' santa, so I used both, one outside and one inside, as show below.

Delightful Challenges! What Did You Say?
The Challenge at Delightful Challenges this week is What Did You Say?, (add a sentiment)! And we're sponsered by Crafty Ribbons!
I got to play with the brilliant new, Holiday Flippity Felicia! And a sentiment from the Christmas Hugs Sentiment Set!

I cut a kraft card based and matted it with red card and papers from Dovecraft's Krafty Christmas paper pack (these may have accidentally fallen into my cart, with a different purchase I was making last week, at least, that's what I intend to say when I get asked why I needed more christmas papers! *innocent smile*). I coloured the lovely Flippity Felicia with my promarkers. The ovals, sentiment tab and 'pine leaves' were all cut on my cameo and i added the flowers from my stash. And look, no gems, a rare occasion indeed!

A Little Dash of Christmas Cheer
This card, uses what is possibly one of my favourite bugaboo stamps ever. I know so many people this is appropriate for, I'll have a hard time deciding which one of them to send it too! lol!
I coloured the image with my promarkers, of course. Used papers from dovecraft's back to basics pack and layered it on red card. The poinsettia, was cut using my cameo and I finished it with a few gems and a sentiment from Digital Delights by loubyloo.
I'm submitting this for:
- Fussy and Fancy Challenge #123 - Main Colour Red
- Crafting By Designs - Get Ready for Christmas
- Simon Says - Anything Goes
