Retro Sketches #49

PSST - I HAVE BLOG CANDY!

I am really to tired to exist today after being up almost all night with my grandmother, but I didn't get any crafting done yesterday and I am determined to do at least two cards today.

This is the first one, for this weeks Retro Sketches Challenge #49. I used stampin up daffodil delight for my base, a strip of rose red and paper from jillibeans 'homemade 6 bean soup' pack. The brushes and sentiment were freebies from The Alley Way Stamps and I coloured them with my promarkers: caramel, sandstone, warm grey 2, blush, pear green, marsh green, cool aqua, duck egg, dusky rose, rose pink, buttercup and canary.

I cut the sentiment using mft fishtale dies and hand cut the paintbrushes, mounted the sentiment on dimension pads and added some gems and a little of each colour promarker to the sentiment.
